What’s more, our chimi is packed full of natural ingredients so you won’t find any nasties inside – just extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, rapeseed oil, a dash sugar and an incredible blend of herbs and spices.

Because we only use natural ingredients, you’ll find it separates in the bottle so make sure you give it a good old shake each time before using.

OUR CHIMI

Chimichurri is a household staple in Argentina. It’s not a hot sauce though – it’s herby and zesty with a small kick that brings food to life.

Unlike other condiments, chimi adds to existing flavours rather than drowning them out. The oil and vinegar infused herbs are bursting with flavour, while the garlic and chilli add the finest of kicks to any dish.
